260.475 CONUS: Scalp 99 with a lot of background noise calling on CONR-1.

An Spanish language radio station is being relayed through the CONUS bird. The actual freq is showing 268.440. There is also a discussion about the station at the RadioReference forums. The radio station has been identified as Cajamarca Viva broadcasting from Peru.

16415 USB 1457: Telephone ringing tones followed by repeating message about number being out of area. Asian sounding voices were also noted.
