Based on the traffic it sounded like they were confirming the unit of Parana, followed by discussions about Torices and Letonia 20 needing to repair a bridge (?) with the brigade. Also some talk about requesting to establish bridges with Letonia 10 and Hawái units. Any help with a better translation is much appreciated.
