268.150 CWAN

Radio checks on 268.150 from a couple days ago. Unfortunately I cannot make out the callsigns so any help is much appreciated.  

Logged additional activity on 268.150 from CWAN Seal wkg CWAN 01.

    Might be “CWAN” (Coalition Wide Area Network) technicians. I think the system is sort of like SIPRNet.

    Could it be Seawind…there is also a Sealion….don’t know.

    Agree with Jared. Sounds like “CWAN SEAL” … perhaps SEAL Beach NWS?
