6522 USB 0647: Maritime radiotelephone patch with man and woman in Russian language. Stations appear to be having emotional conversation as crying could be heard by the woman.
8152 USB 0758: Males in Japanese language.
8439 USB 1044: Males in Russian language. Some stations had feedback during transmissions.
13907 USB 2352: November 16 calling Zulu 17 and informs them migrant vessel has 14 people on board. It was also indicated the vessel origin is Mexico and it had been at sea for 20 days. Also reports vessel does not appear to be in distress, however migrants have no food and only water on board.
