255.550 CONUS w/ Ghostman 6 clg Sierra 6 followed them wkg Bravo 2 Tango conducting radio checks on 5 watts. The stations kept cutting in and out on my end due to a clicking type interference. I am not sure what causes it.

Tuesday evening (May 17th) I happened to run across strange transmissions on 17196 kHz USB. There was an unidentified person breathing very heavily and moaning… almost as if they were pleasuring them self over the radio. This bizarre activity went on for a good 15-20 mins.

Reception wasn’t great here in California and I suspect the signal was originating from the Asia/Pacific region. Who and what their purpose was, we’ll never know, but I must say this was definitely one of the strangest HF radio transmissions I’ve heard in a while.

17196 USB 0542z: unIDed OM station with heavy breathing/moaning sounds like they were pleasuring them self over the radio. Went on for a good 15-20 mins. Very bizarre!  

17314 USB 2242z: USCG automated broadcast possible malfunction. “Iron Mike” robotic voice reading gibberish text instead of the usual high seas WX.  

5909.5 USB 2355z: Service Center clg Omaha 465 and reports loud and clear.

6133 LSB 0136z: Casual chit chat between 2 unlicensed fixed stations in the San Diego/Southern California area.

6688 USB 0155z: ANDVT. Very strong signal.

6900 LSB 0453z: OMs in Spanish language.

6905.1 LSB 0353z: OMs in Spanish language; gave mention to Chihuahua and Phoenix Arizona.

6910.1 LSB 0402z: OMs in Spanish language w/ occasional beeping sounds heard in background.  

8910.6 LSB 0344z: unIDed OMs with USA accents wrapping up QSO.  

8912 USB 1924z: CAMSPAC wkg Coast Guard 1703 for flight ops and position.

8992 USB 0448z: Andrews HFGCS station w/ skyking message SNY, time 48, authentication HX.

9031 USB 1824z: Juliete wkg Foxtrot Charlie advising Tango is trying to check-in on this circuit. Foxtrot Charlie then wkg Tango and exchange mission data.  

9031 USB 2005z: Kilo wkg Foxtrot Charlie and passes intercept info.  

11200 USB 1422z: Seair 7797 clg Clark dispatch (sound like) several times in span of 10 minutes w/ no response heard. Poss. LDOC for South East Asian Airlines.  

13231 USB 0544z: Unclouded wkg Chaser; reports lima charlie and requests they kick green.

14582 USB 1645z: Service Center informs Omaha 496 they have updated voice privacy and reports further traffic for their unit.

15867 USB 1511z: Maintenance Control wkg November 02 to troubleshoot ALE settings.  

Unknown station identifying as “91” calling for “92” on “Sat Bravo” in plain text.

Quite a bit of activity on 258.650 yesterday. Here is an clear voice intercept between 15 Romeo and 16 Romeo testing their setup on UHF SATCOM.
